· Security Guard BS-02 (15 seats)
· Mehtar BS-02 (14 Seats)
For Lift Operator, 1 seat is for Karachi HQ and 1 for Hyderabad.
For General Operator, 2 seats are for Karachi HQ and 1 for Hyderabad.
For Naib Qasid, 27 seats are for Karachi HQ, 5 for Hyderabad, 1 for Sukkur, 2 FOR Mirpurkhas, 9 for Shaheed Benazirabad, and 2 for Larkana.
For Demolition Cooly, 9 seats are for Karachi HQ, 2 for Sukkur, 4 for Shaheed Benazirabad, and 4 for Larkana.
For Chowkidar, 4 seats are for Karachi HQ, 4 for Hyderabad, 3 for Sukkar, 3 for Mirpurkhas, 2 for Shaheed Benazirabad, and 3 for Larkana.
For Farrash, 2 seats are for Karachi HQ and 3 for Hyderabad.
For Security Guard, 7 seats are for Karachi HQ, 5 for Hyderabad, 2 for Shaheed Benazirabad, and 1 for Larkana.
For Mehtar 3 seats are for Karachi HQ, 1 for Hyderabad, 3 for Sukkar, 3 for Mirpurkhas, 1 for Shaheed Benazirabad, and 3 for Larkana.
Qualifications to apply:
The following qualifications are needed for the various posts:
· The Lift Operator must have a Matriculate degree from a recognized Board. They need to have a minimum of two years of operational experience in the relevant field.
· The General Operator must have a Matriculate Degree from a recognized Board. They should have three years of experience in Generator Operation.
· The Naib Qasid must have a Matriculate degree from a recognized Board.
· The Demolition Cooly must have a certificate that claims they are physically fit with no disability. It has to be issued by the Services Hospital, Government of Sindh.
· The Chowkidar needs to be literate.
· The Farrash needs to be Literate.
· The Security Guard should have a Matriculate degree from a recognized Board. Those who are retired from the armed forces will be given preference.
· The Mehtar needs to be Literate.

· Send true copies of testimonials and certificates to the Director-General Secretariat Headquarters, Sindh Building Control Authority, Karachi, Annexe Building, Civic Centre, Karachi, by 15thJuly 2022.
· Government employees need to apply through the proper channel.
· The age limit to apply is 18-28 years. There will be an age relaxation in the upper age limit as per the Government of Sindh Policy.
· Applicants need to have Domicile and PRC of the respective districts of the Province.
· 5% of each quota has been reserved by the SBCA for Differently abled individuals, minorities, and women as per the Government of Sindh Policy.
