Eligibility Criteria for Public Sector Jobs in Pakistan.

Applicants for the designation of Director (Finance and Risk Assessment) must have certification/degree in Chartered Accountant, ACCA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), MBA/Masters in Finance, or any comparable degree Supplementary certification such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Professional Risk Manager (PRM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or LLB or equivalent is preferable but not considered necessary. The applicant should be between 18 and 45 years old. The applicant must have 10 years of experience overall in PPPs, project finance, investment banking, financial modeling, and risk analysis, with at least five years of relevant skills and experience.

Applicants for the post of Director (Technical) must have a minimum of 16 years of education in civil engineering, infrastructure management, or another equivalent field from a reputable national or international institution or university recognized by the HEC. The applicant should be between 18 and 45 years old. The applicant must have 10 years of experience overall and 05 years of directly relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale projects, road sector projects, public project management, or contract management. The candidate must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Candidates for the position of Director (Legal) must have a degree in LLB, LLM, or any other degree with an equivalent B.S. Candidates aged 18 to 45 years are eligible for this post. The candidate must have 10 years of experience overall and five years of directly related expertise in the evaluation and development of commercial contracts.

Applicants for the rank of Deputy Director (Admin and Accounts) must have a degree of BS (Honors) in Business Administration, an MBA in Accounts & Finance, or any other applicable degree. The applicants should belong to the age group of 18–40 years old. The applicant should have 7 years of experience overall, with at least 5 years of directly related accounting, finance, and audit expertise.
