ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FPSC

The PPSC new jobrequires people to satisfy the following eligibility criteria to proceed further.

Qualification/Experience: Candidates are required to have completed theirs. A or B.S.C (second division) from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission with five years of experience in the line

OR

A former/retired armed forces officer is equivalent to the rank of Captain or above.

Age: Male – 25 to 45 + 7=52 Years   

         Female – 25 to 45 +10= 55 Years

Gender: Male, female, and Transgender (Age and sex of the Transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC).

Domicile: All Punjab Basis

Place of Posting: PPSC Head Office, Lahore.

 

EXAMINATION DETAILS

Applicants will have a written test to take (if held). The written test is for a total of 100 marks. The time duration of the test will be 90 minutes. The test aims to assess and determine knowledge relating to the qualification of the post the applicant has and also compromises of questions relating to general Knowledge including Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies (Ethics for non-Muslim candidates), Basic Mathematics, English, and Urdu. The candidates will be shortlisted after they pass the examination and then proceed further with the selection process.

                                                          

HOW TO PAY

Interested applicants for Jobs in PPSC 2022 are advised to deposit fees online via ATMs, Mobile Phone Banking, and Internet Banking as well as *1Link Bank branches from 1st August 2022. Applicants can also submit payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, U Paisa, and other micro-finance bank branches.

Fee deposited on old challan (32-A) of PPSC, Bank Draft, pay order and cheques will not be accepted.

·         Employees having a background in Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies of Federal/ Provincial Government and other Local Bodies are not entitled to any age concession for the period of their service in the PPSC organization.

·         In Case, a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be instructed to submit an equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification which can be asked to hand over to the Commission at the interview ( if necessary) or at any given time. If a candidate fails to submit these, the selection of such candidates will be canceled.

· Applicants claiming experience in a private firm/ entity must bring evidence at the time of interview and proof that the firm is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any regulatory authority. In case of failure, his/her application will be rejected.

·         Candidates just after applying for a particular post advertised by PPSC must ensure that they have applied for their NOC/ Department Permission Certificate in their concerned Department(s) before the closing date and provide the same at the time of interview (if called).

·         After applying, candidates must also register in PECP/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVPMC or another relevant body for registration Certificates before the closing date.

·         Candidates must ensure that they provide total marks/marks obtained or percentage certificates for all the degrees issued by the competent authority, at the time of the interview. CGPA is not acceptable.

·         No information, whatsoever, shared by anyone other than what is available on the PPSC website, is authentic or to be relied upon and therefore, candidates must not trust any other information.
